Next Time On Death Battle!

Time for the ultimate childhood clash: Pokémon vs Digimon!

As you know, Mega Charizard X vs WarGreymon was a Death Battle I wanted to see in the future, and based on this trailer, it looks like we may see just that in the end. Combined with the fact that Red and Tai are involved in this battle, meaning that they have access to all Trainer/Tamer influence (additional training, strategy, etc.), and this could get crazy. In fact, the battle itself may only be where things START to get crazy, since part of me totally expects the fan reactions to be something akin to those for Goku vs Superman, no matter who wins this battle.

Anyway, be sure to check the battle out when it’s released next week. And, if you wanna see what happened the last time Charizard entered a Death Battle, check out the Pokémon Battle Royale…

Also, if you wanna see when Pokémon and Digimon battled before on ScrewAttack, check out the One Minute Melee between Lucario and Renamon.

Lastly, be sure to check out Todd Haberkorn, Xander Mobus, and Nathan Sharp. Ja né!

Happy Birthday, Morgan Meryl!

Because I’m a sweet guy, or I at least try to be, I thought I’d go ahead and post a quick shout-out to Morgan Meryl, my old title card artist when I used to do an internet show, and who designed the logo I use for this blog. I’d like to wish her a happy birthday, and also, I’d like to go ahead and advertise that, if you want her to make some awesome artwork for you, here is the information on her commissions.

Also, here are the links to her now two separate Deviant Art accounts (I think she’s eventually moving all her stuff to the second one listed, just so you know): http://morganmeryl.deviantart.com/ and http://taylorrogers.deviantart.com/. And lastly, here’s a quick collage I did of some of my favourite works of art she’s done throughout the years.

Anyway, that’s all from me. Check her stuff out, like, comment, follow, and so on, and here’s hoping that Morgan Meryl has a happy birthday. 🙂 Ja né!
